This client was a single man, with no children and stage four cancer. He wanted to designate what would happen to his estate once he passed.
We provided a Will plan for him that included a:
- Will;
- Financial Power of Attorney;
- Healthcare Power of Attorney; and
- Healthcare Directive.
The Power of Attorney documents provide for the client in the event of his incapacity.
The Healthcare Directive states his end of life decisions, and what he would want to happen to him if he enters into a permanent vegetative state.
