Estate Planning and the Fallacy of Delaying the Inevitable | #RichLifeLawyer Show 69

I had someone call me today who was in some trouble. Their husband had Alzheimer’s and had finally gotten to the point that they were no longer had full mental capacity.

It was at that time that they realized there were certain things they wanted to do with their home, with their finances, and with their estate plan that would no be very difficult to do because of the current mental state of the husband.

As I spoke with the wife, it was clear that she was distraught. She was sad for her husband and she was worried about the current state of their situation. She had just been putting off taking action.

And that’s the point of this video.

NOW is the time to take action.

Tomorrow is not given to us, and the moment you realize you need to do something is the moment it’s too late to do anything about it.

Don’t wait until it’s too late. Do something today.
