The “right” choice for Estate Plan Distributions | Estate Planning Daily 005
When people think about estate planning they often think about what is “right” or what is “fair.”
Well, I’m here as an estate planning attorney to throw all of those ideas out the window (if you want).
The fact is, “right” and “fair” are subjective terms, and if you ask five different people what they think should be done you are likely to get five different answers.
So, when it comes to thinking about how you want to distribute your assets in your estate plan the important thing to think about is what is fair to YOU.
These assets are YOURS and you have the authority to give them away however you’d like.
Hope this helps!
