This client was a widowed, older female client, with three adult children. She wanted to provide for her children.
We created a Will plan for her, which included a:
- Will;
- Financial Power of Attorney;
- Healthcare Power of Attorney; and
- Healthcare Directive.
The Power of Attorney documents provide for the client in the event of her incapacity.
The Healthcare Directive includes what the client would like to happen to her if she ever goes into a permanent vegetative state.
